Terms & Conditions – ThreadPack

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ThreadPack ("ThreadPack", "we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

ThreadPack is a SaaS platform that provides:

  • Design and tech pack tools
  • AI-assisted automation
  • File upload, processing, and export features

2. Eligibility

To use ThreadPack:

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • Creating multiple accounts for abuse, fraud, or bypassing limits is prohibited

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activities performed under your account
  • Ensuring that your account is not shared, resold, or misused

Account sharing, resale, or unauthorized access to ThreadPack is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments

Merchant of Record

All purchases made through ThreadPack checkout are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record.

Subscription Plans

ThreadPack may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. Plan features, pricing, and usage limits are shown on our Pricing page and in your account dashboard.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your ThreadPack account settings or by contacting Lemon Squeezy support. If you cancel:

  • Your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next term
  • No further charges will be made after the current term ends

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and may also be subject to Lemon Squeezy buyer terms and applicable law.

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Each subscription plan includes specific limits, which may include:

  • Storage limits
  • File size limits
  • AI usage limits
  • Export limits

Attempts to bypass limits, abuse the system, or exploit the service may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. AI Disclaimer

ThreadPack includes AI-assisted features and automations.

  • AI-generated outputs are produced automatically
  • Accuracy, completeness, or suitability is not guaranteed
  • You are responsible for reviewing results before use
  • ThreadPack is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated output

7. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, submit, or process content that:

  • is illegal or violates applicable law
  • infringes copyrights, trademarks, or third-party rights
  • contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • is intended to exploit, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service

8. Data Retention

Files may be stored temporarily and deleted automatically based on plan limits and retention rules described in our Privacy Policy and/or product settings.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide high availability and reliable performance, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe that you:

  • violated these Terms or our policies
  • engaged in fraud, abuse, or attempted system exploitation
  • created security risks or harmed other users or the platform

Upon termination, access to the service may be removed and data may be deleted according to our retention rules.

11. Intellectual Property

  • ThreadPack's software, UI, branding, and platform content are owned by ThreadPack and protected by intellectual property laws
  • Your uploaded content remains your property
  • You may not copy, resell, distribute, or exploit ThreadPack services or content without written permission

12. Limitation of Liability

ThreadPack is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreadPack is not liable for:

  • loss of data
  • loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting (unless stated otherwise). Continued use of ThreadPack means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
