Contact & Support

When you contact us through our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. Your message is delivered to our support inbox through a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit), which processes this information solely to route your message to us.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Operate and maintain the service
• Manage subscriptions and usage limits
• Provide AI-based features and automation
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Improve platform performance and reliability

3. AI Usage & Content Processing

ThreadPack uses AI-based automation for:

• Design and tech pack generation
• Data structuring and formatting

AI features are powered by Google's Gemini API. The content you submit for a given task (such as measurements, descriptions, and style details) is sent to Google to generate the requested output, under Google's applicable terms.

Important notes:

• Uploaded content is used only to provide the requested processing and outputs
• User content is not used for AI training
• Files are deleted automatically based on retention rules
• AI output may be generated without human review

4. File Storage & Retention

Files are stored temporarily based on your plan:

• Free users: automatic cleanup after 30 days
• Paid users: retention based on the active subscription plan

Expired files may be permanently deleted.

5. Cookies

We use:

• Essential cookies & local storage — to keep you signed in and to secure the service. These are required for ThreadPack to function.
• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics (e.g. _ga, _gid) to measure aggregate, non-personal usage so we can improve the product.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell cookie data. Depending on your region, you may be asked to consent to analytics cookies.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable security measures, including:

• Secure servers
• Access control
• Rate limiting and abuse detection

However, no online service is 100% secure.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform, such as:

• Authentication, database & file storage — Google Firebase
• Payment processor / Merchant of Record — Lemon Squeezy
• Hosting — Google Cloud (Firebase App Hosting)

• AI processing — Google Gemini
• Contact form delivery — FormSubmit
• Transactional email — Hostinger (SMTP)

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and applicable legal obligations.
