Refund & Cancellation Policy – ThreadPack

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is handled by our authorized reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through our checkout.

All payments, billing, taxes (where applicable), and refund processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU) or United Kingdom (UK), you may have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase, without giving any reason, provided that:

  • you have not started using the service, and
  • the digital service has not been accessed or activated.

By subscribing to ThreadPack and accessing our software and digital services, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service begins or digital content is accessed, as permitted by applicable law.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your ThreadPack account settings or by contacting Lemon Squeezy support.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period
  • Your subscription will not auto-renew
  • No further charges will be made after the current term ends

Renewal Cutoff

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations should be completed at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

4. Refund Policy

ThreadPack provides immediate access to digital services and AI-powered features. For this reason, refunds are generally not provided for:

  • used subscription periods
  • partial billing cycles
  • renewal payments that you forgot to cancel in time

Refunds may be provided at our discretion or when required by law, typically in the following situations:

  • Technical failures that prevent access to the service for an extended period
  • Duplicate charges or documented billing errors
  • A valid EU/UK 14-day withdrawal request (only if the service has not been accessed)

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time and may require verification of purchase details.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades

Upgrades are applied immediately, and you may be charged a pro-rated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time on the higher-tier plan.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you experience any billing issue, we strongly encourage you to contact ThreadPack or Lemon Squeezy support before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks made without contacting support first, or abusive/disputed activity, may result in:

  • immediate suspension of your account
  • temporary loss of access to digital assets and services
  • investigation for fraud prevention purposes

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time to remain compliant with:

  • Merchant of Record requirements
  • card network rules
  • applicable consumer protection laws

Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
