Our order process is handled by our authorized reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through our checkout.
All payments, billing, taxes (where applicable), and refund processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.

By subscribing to ThreadPack and accessing our software and digital services, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service begins or digital content is accessed, as permitted by applicable law.

ThreadPack provides immediate access to digital services and AI-powered features. For this reason, refunds are generally not provided for:

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time and may require verification of purchase details.
Upgrades are applied immediately, and you may be charged a pro-rated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time on the higher-tier plan.
