General Rules

1Lay the garment flat on a smooth surface with all seams aligned.
2Fasten all buttons, zippers and closures before measuring.
3Use a flexible tape measure. Measure in cm unless otherwise stated.
4Do not stretch knit/elastic fabric unless taking an "extended" measurement.
5Measure each point twice and record the average for accuracy.
